Enabling people to find their own way and create their desired impact is what Kathleen does best.
Her career spans 30 years, the majority of it spent as a Creative Director in the male-dominated world of advertising. She is a tenacious, yet caring coach who intuitively sees connections that open as doors to possibility.
Kathleen’s coaching is anchored on her training in the gestalt methodology.
She approaches coaching with no pre-judgments, no presumptions and with the perspective that it’s the client, not the coach, who is the final determinant of how the client’s life is to be lived or how their goals are to be achieved. She brings to her coaching mindfulness and an enabling presence.
Her experience spans over thirty years, a major part of it spent in the advertising field as a creative leader, where she sharpened her skills as an originator of ideas, a communicator, presenter and mentor to young creatives.
Six years in Vietnam has given her the opportunity to lead and interact in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. This has strengthened her natural instincts as a nurturer of talent and encourager of learning and self-development, and prepared her for her subsequent roles as facilitator and coach, allowing her curiosity, compassion and inclusiveness to shine forth.
She is trained in the Gestalt methodology and in the basics of constellations and systemic coaching. She is in preparation for ICF credentialing as Associate Coach. Kathleen is a Communication Arts graduate of the University of Santo Tomas.
